Company Description

Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Agent to join our team.

As a Concierge Agent at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet and welcome them, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide helpful information about the resort, surrounding area, and hotel's amenities & activities. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.

Job Description

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Resolve customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Promptly inform the Management team.
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal right to work in Greece, EU.
