Job Description

Ensure that guests receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Ensure that guests are always offered assistance or service even outside of departmental duties.
Support the manager & your team in providing the highest possible standards at all times.
Ensure that colleagues are supported at all times and that any new team members are given full support during their inductions and thereafter.
To attend training sessions and to follow all standards of procedures (SOP) as set out by the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications

To do all possible to develop & maintain the experience of the guest at Ballynahinch Castle Hotel while upholding the values and goals of the hotel. Supporting the F&B Team in serving and assisting guests and ensuring that the highest possible standards are maintained at all times. Experienced staff will be offered opportunity and progression. Full training is provided to all staff coming in at all levels.
