The Rosami restaurant forms part of the Villa, a historical, landmark 19th-century palazzo in the popular Balluta Bay area.

As a Chef de Rang, you will work closely with some of the most talented hospitality professionals in Malta and ensure that this century old dining room maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the Premier Maltese restaurants decorated with a Michelin star.

- The ideal Chef de Rang has previous fine-dining experience, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

- A Chef de Rang should have a passion for fine food and go out of their way to ensure the best possible standards are being delivered every shift.

- As a Chef de Rang, you must have an exceptional eye for detail. You will be responsible for preparing your section to the highest standards, ensuring all mise en place is correct

- The ideal candidate should have a positive personality, a sense of elegance and a can-do attitude to act as one of the main figureheads on the floor.
