Overview:

Maintain, innovate, and expand Triple Creek Ranch - Relais & Châteaux’s positive, personalized, inspirational, and engaging online presence, while promoting and supporting an exceptional ‘WOW!’ guest experience.

Essential Functions

  • Uphold five-star Triple Creek Ranch and Relais & Châteaux standards at all times.
  • Brand Management:
    Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with ranchwide teams, such as marketing, PR, sales, concierge, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Content Creation:
    Create, curate, and schedule social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Community Management:
    Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and industry awards.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends to optimize content and strategies.
  • Continued Education:
    - Identify new applications, trends, and technological advancements.
    - Research, present, and complete necessary associated training opportunities to maintain online relevance.
    (Ranch will provide funding for necessary applicable continued education training on a case by case basis through thorough presentation and approval process.)
  • Guest Experience:

    - Report discovery of any current, past, or upcoming guest preferences or requests to proper departments immediately for execution & documentation for future reference.
    - Report any potential improvements or guest complaints immediately for resolution.
    - Support ‘Wow’ experience whenever possible by identifying opportunities to surprise past, present, and future guests with unexpected, unlisted, above and beyond service & experiences both on and off ranch.
  • Representation:
    - Always conduct yourself in a professional manner with guests and other employees.
    - Adhere to company and department dress code when on-ranch or representing ranch at various industry events.
    - Follow all safety procedures properly.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

The person in this position needs:

  • Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing: Additional Internship or 1+ Year Minimum Active Working Experience in Social Media Marketing or Public Relations Required - Experience in Hospitality or Travel Industry Preferred - Relevant Continued Education Certifications Beneficial
    Or
    5+ Years Equivalent Work Experience in Digital Marketing: Hospitality or Travel Industry related Social Media Marketing Experience Specialization Preferred - Relevant Industry Certifications Beneficial
  • Expert Knowledge of Online & Social Media, Digital Planning, and Analytic Platforms:
    Above average ability in various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Later or equivalent, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Expert Knowledge of Content Creation Software:
    Above average ability with various creation, editing, and image storage software including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, Flickr, Vimeo, and more.
  • General Computer Knowledge:
    Ability to utilize various average necessary computer functions and systems with ease, including Email, Google Docs, Excel, and more.
  • General Smart Phone Knowledge and Unlimited Access:
    Ability to access and utilize various necessary smart phone applications with ease.
    (Triple Creek Ranch will provide a stipend to assist with associated costs.)
  • Content Creation Skills:
    Ability to create visually appealing graphics, interesting imagery, and high-quality videos on a regular basis.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Ability to write engaging, clear, and compelling content, respond to online interactions effectively, and collaborate efficiently with others daily.
  • Creativity and Innovation:
    Ability to consistently develop and implement fresh, engaging, and purposeful online presence planning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize social media strategies.
  • Project Management Skills:
    Ability to organize and manage social media campaigns, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Self Motivation:
    Ability to identify needs, create comprehensive plans, and execute necessary tasks with minimal to no direction required.
  • Valid Driver’s License:
    Must possess a Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and be insurable on our company liability insurance as a driver of company vehicles.
