We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a luxury environment. This individual will lead with presence on the floor, ensuring seamless daily operations across all food and beverage outlets—including Costa Covo, Poza, In-Room Dining, and Events—while upholding the Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Two Michelin Key standards that define us.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations of Costa Covo, Poza, In-Room Dining, and Events, ensuring consistent excellence across all outlets.

Be a visible leader on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting colleagues.

Inspire and train your team to deliver elevated, tailored service in line with Forbes standards.

Manage colleague scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses while driving revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative F&B programs.

Monitor guest feedback across platforms and implement meaningful improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.

Play a hands-on role in hiring, training, and developing future hospitality leaders.
What You Bring

2–3 years of luxury hotel restaurant management experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets.

A polished, charismatic approach to guest service and team leadership.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail culture.

Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and (ideally) OpenTable or Opera.

RBS and ServSafe certifications required.
Physical & Availability Requirements

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
