About the Role
As a Bartender, you will bring creativity, precision, and warm hospitality to every guest interaction. You will craft classic and innovative cocktails, provide thoughtful wine and spirits recommendations, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the elegance of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to guests and colleagues with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Provide an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.

Follow responsible alcohol service standards and uphold all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.

Manage bar setup, breakdown, restocking, and inventory controls.

Collaborate with the Costa Covo team to ensure seamless service and uphold luxury standards.
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale cocktail bar.

Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits.

A passion for guest service and hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
