About the Role
As a Bartender, you will bring creativity, precision, and warm hospitality to every guest interaction. You will craft classic and innovative cocktails, provide thoughtful wine and spirits recommendations, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the elegance of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and colleagues with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.

• Follow responsible alcohol service standards and uphold all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.

• Manage bar setup, breakdown, restocking, and inventory controls.

• Collaborate with the Costa Covo team to ensure seamless service and uphold luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale cocktail bar.

• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits.

• A passion for guest service and hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
