Evening Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all front office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and service recovery.
- Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring adherence to resort standards and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest feedback and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room assignments, and billing.
- Support scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for front office team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Act as Manager on Duty when required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of front office or hospitality management experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Passion for guest service and hospitality.
- Calm under pressure and solution based.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Multilingual abilities a plus.
