Position Overview:

As a Painter at the Sanderling Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and physical condition of the resort.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and painting of interior and exterior of buildings.
• Inspecting buildings for any painting or repairs.
• Patching and repairs to drywall and trim.
• Ensuring rooms are painted in a neat and presentable manner.
• Staining, finishing, and painting of indoor and outdoor furniture.
• Maintaining the inventory of paints and materials.
• Clean-up of equipment and surroundings upon completion.
• Assisting other team members as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Prior experience with high quality painting is essential
• Experience using paint sprayers.
• Ability to work on own and part of a team.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in the use of basic tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and comply with deadlines for work assignments.
