We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. The schedule for this position includes weekends with weekdays off.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.
Skills
- Strong maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all maintenance activities.
