Job Description
Position Summary
The Ski & Club Concierge delivers exceptional, anticipatory service to members and their guests of the Aspen Mountain Club, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience both at the base Ski Locker Room and atop Aspen Mountain in the Club. This role combines refined guest service, discreet personal assistance, and a deep understanding of fine dining, wine service, and club-level hospitality. The Ski & Club Concierge works in close collaboration with the Club’s food & beverage team, ski valet, and member services to ensure every detail of the member experience is flawlessly executed. This position reports to Membership Director.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and build personalized relationships with members and their guests, using names and preferences to deliver tailored service
• Provide discreet and anticipatory personal assistance, fulfilling all reasonable member requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Support and execute formal dining experiences including wine service, menu knowledge, and collaboration with F&B staff for reservations, private dining, and special events
• Coordinate premium experiences such as ski lessons, spa appointments, private transportation, cultural events, and exclusive dining both on- and off-property
• Possess intimate knowledge of local mountain terrain, snow conditions, and Club programming to make accurate and appealing recommendations
• Facilitate detailed itinerary planning and concierge services including restaurant bookings, local excursions, retail reservations, and equipment rentals
• Assist in maintaining the Club wine cellar inventory and communicate wine and beverage preferences to the service team for personalized offerings
• Handle receiving and discreet distribution of packages, messages, personal items, and guest belongings with full confidentiality
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest visits, charges (ski tuning, race fees), and member files; report guest count limits to the Club Manager
• Monitor, maintain, and restock refreshment areas, coordinate coffee and beverage service in both Locker Room and Club Lounge areas
• Assist in the packing, shipping, and handling of ski equipment, collaborating with The Little Nell Ski Concierge and transportation staff as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong familiarity with skiing, ski equipment, and local terrain
• Knowledge of daily snow conditions and trail access
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor with excellent guest interaction skills
• Ability to lift and transport ski equipment safely and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
• Professional communication skills and comfort with face-to-face guest interaction
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple guests during peak periods
• Knowledge of local retail stores and services related to skiing
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong local knowledge of Aspen’s four ski mountains
Additional Information
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
• Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
