Maslina Resort believes every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a mindful experience. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and guest-focused professional to join our team as a Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor. This role is key in ensuring our reservation processes run smoothly while nurturing a warm and personalized experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and inspire the Reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence, attentiveness, and genuine care.
  • Manage guest reservation inquiries through phone, email, and booking platforms with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of all reservations and guest communications.
  • Maintain daily oversight of reservations, availability, and system updates, working closely with Sales and Front Office teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure every guest experience is seamless, personalized, and memorable.
  • Accurately record all bookings in PMS/CRS systems, noting guest preferences and special requests.
  • Proactively connect with guests before arrival to ensure their stay exceeds expectations.
  • Partner with the Revenue Department to implement pricing strategies and optimize inventory.
  • Foster collaboration across Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership skills, complemented by excellent communication, organizational abilities, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency with PMS/CRS systems such as Opera, Phobs, SynXis, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Croatian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a natural guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • For Manager applicants: demonstrated leadership experience.
  • For Supervisor applicants: strong leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
