Job Description

• Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Taking and executing orders in a professional manner, knowledge of menus and the various courses
• Correct use of PDA
• Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOPs
• Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
• Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments

Qualifications

• Hospitality /Tourism School Degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience in 4&5-star hotels or a la carte restaurants
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at an oral level). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee, etc. will be considered an asset.
