Descrizione del lavoro

La figura, riportando alla Spa Manager, si occuperà di:
− Organizzare le cabine, operare nelle attività di estetica e trattamenti
− Applicare le procedure e i protocolli dei singoli trattamenti
− Preparare e pulire le aree operative, accogliere e gestire gli ospiti
− Controllo gestione Reparto in coordinamento con la SPA Manager

The figure, reporting to the Spa Manager, will be responsible for:
− Organize the cabins, operate in beauty and treatment activities
− Apply the procedures and protocols of the individual treatments
− Prepare and clean operational areas, welcome and manage guests
− Department management control in coordination with the SPA Manager

Qualifiche

− Diploma Estetista
− Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 5* e/o R&C
− Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, gradita la conoscenza di un’altra lingua (preferibilmente il francese)
− Conoscenza gestione cabina, protocolli trattamenti e principali tipologie massaggi
− Completano il profilo: doti relazionali e di orientamento all’ospite con spiccata predisposizione a gestire e risolvere le problematiche nell’immediatezza; capacità di gestione dello stress, team working

− Beautician Diploma
− Previous experience in the role of at least two years gained in 5* hotels and/or R&C
− Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, knowledge of another language is appreciated (preferably French)
− Knowledge of cabin management, treatment protocols and main types of massage
− The profile is completed by: relational and guest-oriented skills with a strong predisposition to manage and resolve problems immediately; stress management skills, team working
