Company Description

Pale Hall needs an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct our busy breakfast team. With a hospitality background in a quality establishment, you'll deliver a flawless food and beverage service to get the day off to the best possible start for our guests. Beginning at 6.45 am, five days over seven, you'll be a reliable early riser with a big smile and a cheerful personality! Breakfast can be a demanding service as tables aren't pre-booked, so you'll be calm under pressure and ensure a smooth and relaxed experience. You'll closely oversee the service delivery ensuring that orders are taken correctly, highlighting any food allergies or particular dietary requirements, and that food and hot/cold beverages are presented to the correct standard and served in a timely manner.

You'll be responsible for managing the breakfast team rota in liaison with the Restaurant Manager, submitting an order for breakfast items for the following morning, and for ensuring that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift. This is a full time permanent position, five days over seven, with five 8 hour shifts moving from breakfast through into lunch and afternoon tea.

Job Description

To lead and direct the restaurant breakfast team, and manage the service to the highest standard.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years in a service environment with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
