Overview

Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Applications Support Analyst will provide Tier II support to a growing hotel/resort portfolio by investigating and escalating issues brought to the IT Application Team regarding guest-facing and back office applications. They will be working with cross-functional teams, each with unique needs, and learning the industry through the technology and integrations. They will assist the IT Applications Director in various hospitality projects, as needed, including new application installations, integrations, and software upgrades. Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II technical support and troubleshooting for hotel and resort applications, interfaces, and integrations. (Including but not limited to PMS, POS, SPA)
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve/escalate issues reported to IT Applications Team by property IT Directors and Managers.
  • Follow-up with vendors on escalations until satisfactory resolution is provided.
  • Meet with assigned vendors on open tickets and development items.
  • Assist in implementation and testing of new integrations, upgrades, and applications.
  • Maintain and create technical SOPs and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between applications.
  • Contract new integrations for properties, and aid properties in implementation, which will include workbooks, scheduling, and testing.
  • Management of the IT Applications and CCPA mailbox by assigning tickets and communicating status of items.
  • Investigate, review, and recommend new technologies and solutions.
  • Complete assigned application technology projects.
  • Travel as required for openings, transitions, conferences, and projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in information technology (IT) operations, application support, or other IT support related area. Hospitality technology experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to business applications and integrations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, as well as work with vendors.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Organizational and time management skills required with ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Consistent service delivery and customer service mindset essential for day-to-day support and high priority escalations.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems within a growing portfolio and constantly changing technology field.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for hospitality technology.
  • Travel and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays may be required. (up to 20% planned)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Office 365 suite of products.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000/yr. + 15% bonus

Work location: CTH Home Office in Englewood, CO
