Overview

The primary responsibility for this position is to professionally assist in the administration of services to Tumble Creek Club members, their families and guests and any potential members that visit the Hill House and Sasse Mountain facilities. Participate as a member of the Tumble Creek team in building teamwork, effectiveness of services and the overall character of the Tumble Creek experience The Tumble Creek Hill House is a state of the art fitness, tennis and aquatic center that connects to over 10 miles of paved path and an endless trail system throughout the community. In every way this is the hub of all things sporting and fitness. There is an indoor/outdoor pool heated year-round, family pool, hot tub, splash pad, fitness, cardio and movement studios, as well as a seasonal café. Hill House Attendants are responsible for creating positive experiences for our members and their guests at the Hill House. That means presenting them with clean, orderly surroundings and providing great customer service.

Salary: $19.00/hour

Responsibilities

· Prepares facilities for daily operation using daily checklists.

· Closes down facilities using daily checklists.

· Helps keep Hill House Facility clean and free of any clutter from pool towels, food, etc.

· Follow up in timely manner any questions that you are unable to answer.

· Understand and implement use of facility equipment/machinery with safety as a priority.

· Monitor daily facility and report any issues to Hill House Manager

· Attends weekly, monthly or quarterly team meetings.

· Assesses the need for and makes recommendations regarding services and equipment needed.

· Personally greet each club member as they enter facilities with a smile and their first or last name, depending on their preference.

· Conducts tours of facilities for prospective members.

· Works with engineering staff members to ensure facility is maintain at the highest standards possible.

· Works with management team to develop soft programming.

· Acts as a liaison between Tumble Creek members and Resort providing support as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Strong organizational skills and oral and written communication skills.

· Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit, provided.

· First-Aid/CPR Certification, preferred.

· Proficiency in word processing/computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Springer Miller)

· Excellent telephone skills.

· Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Proven ability to meet and work with the public.

· Ability to engage in social conversation with members and guests to promote positive relations.

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a smile.
