The Shuttle Driver at Half-Mile Farm provides luxury transportation service for guests in alignment with OEHG service standards. This role ensures a seamless and elevated guest experience while supporting operational needs related to guest movement, event setup, and daily amenities.

Responsibilities

• Transport 10–11 guests per trip to designated drop-off and pick-up locations
• Provide luxury-level guest service during all transport interactions
• Arrive early for all shuttle runs and adhere to the scheduled route
• Communicate guest concerns or inquiries to the Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Report and log lost items left in the shuttle to the Front Desk
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle interior and exterior before, during, and after shifts
• Open shuttle doors for guest entry and exit
• Complete shuttle checklist and maintain guest transportation logs
• Sign in/out shuttle key, radio, and earpieces each shift
• Polish champagne flutes for guest arrivals as needed
• Assist with Breakfast service area setup in the evening, as directed by MOD
• Support Social Hour setup when scheduled
• Check Garden House for supply needs and replenish as directed
• Refill cookie jar in the lobby as part of evening routine
• Stay informed about Highlands area to share information with guests
• Maintain uniform standards: clean, professional attire with name tag visible
• Follow all OEHG service standards consistently throughout shift

• Valid North Carolina driver’s license
• Ability to pass OEI driving test
• Comfortable sitting and driving for 6–8 hours
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
