Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, organized Acorns Supervisor to lead daily operations in our boutique retail shop. You’ll support the sales team, provide excellent guest service, and help maintain a beautiful, welcoming shopping environment.

• Lead and motivate Sales Associates to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Handle complex sales and customer service situations professionally.

• Support store merchandising, restocking, and visual displays.

• Operate POS and inventory systems (Lightspeed).

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

• Collaborate with the Manager to drive sales and maintain store standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Retail experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to learn new systems.

• Flexible schedule — must be available for weekends and holidays.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
